Right — have been messing about with this thing for something like a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me the other day. Am in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could work out what an each way payout would be once you get five places instead of three. I’d just guess and moan when the payout landed. Now punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator tool is the part I’m on daily — type in your stake, the odds and it spits out the return with no faffing, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, a yankee, and that’s where I always got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here betting odds to probability and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

The thing that really changed how I bet was the nerdier tools. They’ve got an probability thing which shows you the overround, and there’s the kelly criterion tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit for when I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. The layout feels a bit basic — not much frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it’s usable but the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but worth saying.

So yeah. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, works. If you still adds it up in their head, give it a go — it’s saved me plenty of arguments with the bookie.

OK — been on this thing for something like a few months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d write something up since a mate asked me a few days back. Am UK based, generally bet football and racing, nothing mad, just so you know where I’m coming from.

How I found it was genuinely pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever figure out what an ew payout would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. Now I type the odds in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — you put in the price and your stake and it shows returns instantly, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the multiples — trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, and that’s where I’d always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at each way dutching calculator — free, no signup.

What actually shifted things for me were the nerdier bits. There’s an implied probability converter and it makes obvious the overround, plus a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit if I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The layout feels pretty plain — no frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s usable but the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no proper app, it’s browser only — slight shame but you asked.

So yeah. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

So — been using this thing for something like five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I’d write something up since someone asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, mainly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.

How I found it was honestly embarrassing — I could never figure out what an ew payout actually was when the place terms changed. I’d just guess and moan when the payout landed. Now punch the numbers in before I place anything, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the one I open most — type in stake and odds and you get profit and total return instantly, either odds format. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — trebles returns, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I’d always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at matched betting risk free calculator — free, no signup.

One thing that actually changed how I bet is the nerdier bits. There’s an implied probability converter that shows the overround, plus a kelly calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent for when I’m covering two or three runners.

It’s not perfect mind. Its layout is pretty plain — no polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it works but the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me but you asked.

So yeah. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If you honestly adds it up in their head, have a look — saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
